GZZ series bell furnace is specially designed for high temperature sintering process of zirconia, alumina ceramics, ITO target and medium ceramics, and also suitable for annealing process of sapphire and quartz products. The bell jar furnace has the characteristics of stable temperature control, uniform temperature, large output, energy saving, etc., which is suitable for mass production in enterprises.
Main features:
1、Thermal materials are all assembled from lightweight refractory materials, and corundum support load-bearing design is adopted in the structure, no cracking, no roof collapse.
2、The furnace adopts special stepped convex and concave seal, which has good sealing property.
3、The burning plate is made of corundum mullite stone, and the corundum mullite pipe embedded at the bottom enhances the support, more effectively supports the load, and prevents the burning plate from sinking.
4、The burning platform can be moved out electrically or manually, which is convenient for loading and unloading products and reduces the labor intensity of the operator.
5、The equipment adopts intelligent PLC control to realize the automation of each operation. Save a lot of manual time.
6、Temperature control system adopts imported instrument control, the instrument comes with PID adjustment, improve the stability and accuracy of temperature control.
7、The top of the furnace is equipped with an automatic cooling device to effectively shorten the cooling time.
8、Different process gases and mixed gases (compressed air, nitrogen and a variety of mixed gases) can be added according to the process requirements.
9、Optional exhaust gas treatment system, intake preheating system.
Note: GZZ series bell jar furnace can realize degreasing + sintering function at the same time, specially designed for degreasing sintering process of zirconia ceramics, alumina ceramics and other ceramic products. The degreasing sintering integrated furnace is suitable for dry press forming, casting forming, extrusion forming, hot die casting forming, 3D printing forming and other advanced ceramic products degreasing sintering integrated process.
