As one of the continuous production kilns, GTXW series pre-oxidation furnace is specially designed for the continuous oxidation heat treatment process of special chemical synthetic fibers such as polypropylene acrylic (PAN) filament and polyimide filament to prepare the oxidized fibers required for special fibers.
The primary filaments are drawn by the drafting mechanism, run along the Z-shaped path, and are oxidized in the heat treatment chamber.
